In Your Words...
"I like Jaluch's accessibility. You are always there when I need you and everyone is easy to talk to."

Helen Clarke - MA MCIPD - Managing Director |
- Helen thrives on seeing the business grow and develop and she particularly enjoys the challenge of constant change and improvement.
- Partly driven by her dislike for professional 'obsession', it is one of her ongoing challenges to build the Jaluch team with those who are both commercial in their approach and also sufficiently independent minded to stand their ground.
- Outside of work Helen has started (but not finished) at least 3 novels, has plans for at least 3 other businesses (but no time to do anything about them) and appears to have a total inability to say 'no' whenever a social evening out is suggested... is a theme emerging?

Elisabeth Fitch - Regional Director |
- Elisabeth joined Jaluch after many years in a blue chip retail environment working in both HR and customer services.
- She has now established herself as an indispensible member of the team and her particular strengths at work revolve around her attention to detail and her ability to create order out of chaos!
- Having been 'disowned' by her husband and sons as a result of the outlandish car she chooses to drive (ask no questions and we will tell you no lies...), Elisabeth has plenty of time for hobbies which include a serious comittment to spending time with friends and family enjoying the finer things in life. Lis also pretends from time to time that she goes to the gym - but we know better!

Gina Leccacorvi - Regional Director |
- From food to finance and from self employment to employment, Gina comes across as having a totally rounded view of the commercial world.
- Aside from her very loud laugh and wicked sense of humour, her particular strengths at work are her attention to detail, enthusiasm, professionalism and total focus on the commercial aspects of our work.
- And in terms of hobbies, Gina keeps herself pretty busy so we might question at times whether she actually has enough time to attend work... and to give you just a flavour, she does charity work, skis, dances, runs, loves art, drawing, cooking and socialising.

Sally Bailey - BSc (Hons) ACIM - Marketing Director |
- Sally is one of the longest serving Jaluch employees and therefore is the indispensable font of all knowledge when it comes to who our clients are and who has done what!
- At work, Sally is always focussed and organised and has a reputation for having fantastic attention to detail. Currently she is responsible for our website, production of the Jaluch Quarterly magazine, email updates and endless other marketing activities.
- Outside of work though, Sally is an enthusiastic badminton player whose (unbridled?) passion for the game causes her to fall over and injure herself far too often for her own good. She is also a self-confessed online Boggle addict!

Kathie-Louise Clarke - MA MCIPD - Advisor & Trainer |
- Kathie is a cornerstone of the Jaluch consultancy team. She arrived one day many moons ago as a student ('mature' student that is!!) on placement, then rapidly became someone we decided we could not do without.
- Her particular strengths are in thinking things through and in coming at issues from a different angle. Not surprisingly, the ability not to dive straight in, and not jumping to an easy conclusion, make her a real 'rock' in an employment crisis!
- Outside of work Kathie loves reading, and this is probably the safest hobby to have when you consider her other hobby is flying over the handlebars of her bike whilst showing off!

Yvonne Guérineau - BSc (Hons) MCIPD - Advisor & Trainer |
- Yvonne is a Jaluch force to be reckoned with. She arrived after spending time with various organisations in a variety of roles and is a fantastic addition to the team with her commercial awareness, drive, energy and solid HR knowledge.
- Whilst being a great employment law brain, her passion though is coaching and development. She therefore splits her time equally between these two activities and has gained a reputation for delicately balancing a 'professional' with a 'no nonsense' approach!
- Outside of work Yvonne always has something on the go which might be training for the Great South Run or otherwise treading the boards in her local theatre. Never one to stand still, you never know what is coming next with Yvonne!

Audrey Horton - MA MCIPD - Advisor & Trainer |
- Prior to joining Jaluch, Audrey worked both within a retail and distribution environment and also as a university lecturer, tutoring Personnel & Development courses at a variety of levels from HND to MBA.
- But despite her conventional background, Audrey is absolutely not conventional and has gained as much of a reputation within Jaluch for her strong commercial skills as for the fantastic training courses she delivers.
- Her particular strengths are in being a total livewire and for always being so enthusiastic about everything, but be warned... Audrey (as discovered on a Jaluch team building day) has a serious competitive streak and we strongly recommend that you never underestimate her!

Sarah Owen - BSc (Hons) - Advisor & Trainer |
- Sarah joined Jaluch after working in sectors as diverse as software and retail. However, whatever the sector she is working in, her trademark is her energy and enthusiasm.
- One of her particular passions is training and she loves the challenge of developing people and seeing over time their increased confidence and skills.
- Not that she wears her wellies to work, but outside of work Sarah is a bit of a fan of 'the Good Life' and her livestock collection to date includes two chickens and two ducks. What next we wonder? A goat or a pig?

Heidi Musker - BSc (Hons) - Advisor & Trainer |
- An anthropology degree led Heidi in the first instance into a career in HR and prior to joining Jaluch she worked in a variety of both private and public sector organisations.
- In line with her ongoing interest in cultures and people, Heidi has travelled widely including spending time living with a Thai family and travelling across Bolivia and Brazil. Her next target is to learn Spanish so she can then return to South America for more travelling. A small glitch in the plans of course is her dislike of flying - but its always good to have an obstacle to overcome!
- Never someone to do something by halves, two other current ambitions of Heidi are to have a go at rock climbing and to lead the way on the salsa floor.
