"Our Jaluch consultant gave us expert assistance in designing and launching our first ever employee survey. She gave us invaluable advice on the benefits and pitfalls of this type of survey, and responded very well to what we wanted, reflecting back our requirements with skilfully worded questions.
With a strong background in HR and employee communications, she spoke our language and fully understood our aims in conducting the survey and the type of information we wanted to elicit.
The survey timetable and launch went entirely to plan, and our employees found it easy and comfortable completing the survey, knowing that their individual responses would go direct to Jaluch and therefore be confidential. We were very pleased with our high response rate.
We have now met with our consultant to discuss the survey findings, which was extremely useful. She had gone beyond the brief in terms of her comprehensive analysis of issues both across the organisation and in our various locations, and as well as the detailed report provided a succinct summary of the key findings which we were able to send straight to our board.
We are now considering our consultant's recommendations for future action based on the survey findings. The whole exercise has been highly worthwhile, interesting and enjoyable, and our staff were really pleased to be consulted about different aspects of the business. Armed with this information we will be able to make positive changes to our business and to the employee experience."
