"When PHC were advised of the loss of the ‘Barfleur’ at Poole and the realisation hit that we would have to lose several members of staff, I personally did not realise the extent of the work that would be involved in the voluntary and compulsory redundancy process.
From day one Elisabeth Fitch at Jaluch has been a tremendous support and font of all knowledge in advising and guiding us as to how this difficult and at times emotional process should be handled. Lis was always at hand with her advice whether it was on the telephone or spending time with us at the Harbour Office, even to the point of ringing us when she was on holiday to make sure that there were no queries or problems that we needed advice on.
