By using our HR consultancy services you have immediate access to expert, business focused advice on HR and employment law matters whenever you need it. We will guide you through every step of managing the employment relationship, and can act either as a fully outsourced HR department, or an additional resource to your existing HR team.

What support do we offer?

We support organisations with all manner of day-to-day staffing matters, everything from inductions, to performance management, to dismissals. We also provide specialist services such as grievance investigations, tribunal responses, employee documentation reviews, and redundancy projects. Additionally we offer ‘behind the scenes’ coaching for line managers, directors and HR staff to support them with complex employment issues or difficult meetings.

We have clients from a vast range of business sectors for whom we provide our HR consultancy and employment law services regularly, ranging from medium-sized SME’s to blue-chips. All of our clients are unique in their business requirements, management style and operational requirements. We tailor our HR services to perfectly match their style, whatever the industry.

Are we any good?

Over 75% of our annual revenue comes from repeat business and clients are rarely lost for reasons other than business acquisitions and similar occurrences. We were delighted to learn through our 2010 customer survey, that 100% of respondents said they would be happy to refer us. Customer service is key to us and we pride ourselves on always delivering a practical, professional and friendly service.

How do we charge?

Whilst it is possible to work with us on a “pay as you go” trial basis, the majority of our clients buy blocks of time in advance, usually 20 or 40 hours, which you can then use as you wish, whether it be for telephone advice, letter writing or production of documents, attendance at meetings etc. The bigger the block of time you buy, the greater the discount on our hourly rate.

We do not tie clients in to us with long unwieldy contracts – you can use us whenever you want to (or need to!) without restrictive time constraints. Once the block of time has been used, we ask you if you would like to buy another one. If you want to wait, or if you don’t want to at all, that is fine… there is no obligation.
