Jaluch is keen to be seen as a commercial HR consultancy. That means we try to give advice, provide training and generally support our clients in a way that suits their specific organisation or business. As an example, some organisations choose to always operate 100% within the confines of the law and best practice. The way in which we support these clients therefore reflects their values in terms of legal compliance. However other organisations choose to balance legislative requirements against commercial drivers and the needs of all staff rather than just certain individual staff. Decisions taken by these organisations are not therefore always in line with best practice. Every organisation has a different culture and different set of values and at Jaluch we try to ensure we adapt our style to all the differing needs.
