Cafeteria Benefits

The terminology often applied to a system of flexible company benefits, whereby employees have a varying degree of say in what benefits they want to enjoy – from extra holiday or health insurance, to gym membership and leisure vouchers. Very complex to administer if not thought through carefully, but for those companies that have managed to sort the administration side, very popular with staff. Often works by way of a salary sacrifice scheme.
