This form is for the employer's response to an ET1 (employee claim to a Tribunal). The employer must indicate whether they intend to resist the claim and if so they must set out sufficient particulars to show on what grounds. A failure to return this form to the Tribunal within 28 days of receipt will most likely result in the employer losing the right to defend the case at Tribunal.
