A Latin phrase used in law meaning ‘among other things’. In particular it is used in formal extract minutes to indicate that the minute quoted has been taken from a fuller record of other matters, or when alluding to the parent group after quoting a particular example. The phrase is often used in case reports when referring to one part of a Claimant’s claim.
