These services are offered on behalf of you, the employer, and are managed in a commercial, realistic manner, acknowledging budget and time restrictions, as well as continuing to send a strong message from the business (whatever you choose that message to be!).
Our services include the following key areas, all of which can be supplied in many different forms, and tailored for all levels within the organisations. Support can be offered for individuals or for groups of staff, and includes:
- Career counselling - reacting to change positively and building confidence
- Assistance from experienced professionals with CV preparation and application letters
- Interview preparation - for both internal and external roles - led by mentors who have made many recruitment decisions and know what works - and what doesn't!
- Psychometric and skills profiling, plus aptitude tests which assess mental horsepower and the potential for success!
