With the Bribery Act 2010 finally coming into force this July, here are our Top Tips to ensure that your organisation is ready!

Review current policies on hospitality, entertainment, facilitation payments and the giving and receiving of gifts; policies need to be clear, practical, accessible and effectively implemented and enforced.

Ensure that your policies are consistent throughout your organisation.

Ensure that top management are on board to ensure that the organisation is unified and committed in tackling bribery.

Consider training within the organisation to ensure understanding of the Bribery Act.

Clearly communicate your anti-bribery policies and procedures.
