Nigel Brain - LLM - Business Partner |
- Nigel is an associate of Jaluch and brings an added depth to our service which means there is no employment law issue that we cannot deal with. Nigel has worked both behind the scenes for our clients and directly with our clients since Jaluch was first established and his style and commercial approach to life are absolutely in tune with how we operate.
- Nigel has a Masters Degree in Law and in private practice as a solicitor he specialised in employment law. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is happy to support with both contentious and non-contentious matters. For his sins, he has appeared in over half of the Employment Tribunals in the UK and has conducted over 400 cases. Nigel has also appeared before the Employment Appeal Tribunal on a number of occasions. For particularly difficult or complex matters Nigel is licensed by the Bar Council to instruct Counsel.
- As well as pure employment law work Nigel assists companies in unusual and difficult situations including; re-structurings, redundancy programmes, outsourcing, TUPE transfers and offshoring.
