Making a purchase
We accept payment by credit card or debit card. Just place your order and click on ‘checkout’. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website where you can pay quickly and securely.
Shipping and handling
Postage and packaging is free for all orders delivered in the UK. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside of the UK.
Delivery schedule
We will always endeavour to despatch your order right away. You will normally receive your order within five business days.
Tax charges
Our Management Skills Pocketbooks are VAT exempt. 15% VAT is added to all other purchases.

Jaluch Limited do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment. In this instance, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Refunds policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from Jaluch Limited, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.

- for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
