Dispute Resolution
A must for anyone who has responsibility for disciplining or dismissing staff, this course will equip you with the essential skills to thoroughly investigate disciplinary or grievance matters and decide on the best route forward.

Aimed at providing you with the confidence to identify the "pitfalls" and recognise the importance of "proper" procedure, this course will enable you to take the action you feel appropriate in a way that protects the company but achieves desired results.

Core skills covered include:

  • Identifying potential problems and how to manage a situation before it escalates
  • Is it a grievance? - what to do when someone formally approaches you
  • Differentiating between disciplinary issues - conduct, performance or capability
  • Effective investigation - gathering evidence and identifying the way forward
  • Formal or informal? - identifying the options available to you
  • Preparing for and conducting disciplinary or grievance hearings - key do's and don'ts!

Our in-house training is ideal for groups of 8 -12 delegates.  For further information about this course or any other training from Jaluch, please talk to us.
