One-to-one coaching is of particular interest to the following individuals:
- Those who are working in isolation (often at a remote location) from other HR staff in their organisation
- Those who are the sole representative for HR in their organisation
- Where there are insufficient numbers of HR staff to merit an in-house course being organised
- Where someone has transferred into HR from another part of the organisation therefore their development needs are very different to those of existing HR staff
- Where someone is new into the organisation and who has identified that they would benefit from one-to-one support or coaching
- During a difficult or stressful period such as large scale redundancies where support and coaching for the HR staff involved is key to the success of the whole project
