Building Credibility for HR |

This one day course is designed to offer the HR function an opportunity to review its current level of credibility within the Company and look at constructive ways to improve the impact it has.
The course will give consideration to clarity of the function, commercial awareness, strategy and an analysis of current strengths and weaknesses. Essential skills for building credibility will be developed on the day and delegates will create an action plan focused on attaining the desired level of credibility.
