This course considers what constitutes change within the context of the current economic and social environment of your organisation.
It covers how individuals are likely to react to change, based on their personality and cultural differences and crucially, the role of the manager in developing a management plan and communication strategy that will most ably facilitate the smooth running of change management within the Company.
The course will help delegates to:

- Be familiar with the steps required to plan for and manage change and change within teams
