In-House Training is the most popular method of training for our clients; it brings a multitude of benefits: often it is a far more cost effective way of encouraging a large number of staff to learn a new skill. Additionally it allows for greater flexibility in terms of the timings, location, and actual course content.
The content can be tailored to suit the needs specific to your organisation. We see great benefit in bringing together a group of people within your organisation to learn without the distractions of a normal working day; it can lead to a greater understanding of one another and the opportunity to discuss issues in depth.
At Jaluch, we strive to bring real life examples from outside your organisation into the training which adds another level to the knowledge that is gained from our courses. We realise that we are in a very fortunate position to work with many different clients which naturally gives us exposure to all sorts of real life problems, issues and success stories. We consistently see the value in imparting that knowledge to your delegates, omitting company names and individuals of course!
As external trainers we can assist you before or after the In-House Training by setting up a programme for knowledge sharing amongst the delegates and other staff which may include the use of Virtual Classrooms, a Wiki, or Message Boards.
