 This is a fantastic opportunity for delegates from a range of organisations to attend a Jaluch Training Course, or series of training sessions at a location hosted by us.
Sharing the learning experience with those in the same field but from different organisations can be extremely beneficial as delegates may learn from their colleagues on the course as well as the trainer. It can also be the only appropriate way of making sure that individuals who need specific skills to achieve a qualification get the intensity or quality of tuition they require. Equally if the delegate is in a standalone role it may not be appropriate or cost effective to bring the training in-house.
Jaluch offers a range of Open Courses throughout the year at various locations; it is always a great opportunity to meet people from other organisations and to develop a network of people to work with outside your organisation in the future. We also see the additional benefit for some delegates of allowing them to ‘be themselves’ when they are on a course that is not held internally within their company. Some individuals feel shy or less inclined to contribute on certain learning subjects when they are on a course with their usual peers.
We make every effort to ensure that individuals make the most of the additional opportunities that an Open Course brings and actively encourage this as part of the learning.
