There are various methodologies and approaches to coaching, ranging from personal coaching to business development. At Jaluch we are very passionate about the use of coaching because of the great results we have seen for our clients.
You may decide to look at coaching because it is not appropriate for a particular employee or manager to attend a training event; we have a lot of experience with this type of activity and we are happy to devise a programme to meet any development or leadership objectives you may have.
As a starter for ten, you might even consider beginning the programme with a psychometric profile to enable a clear understanding of the coachee's communication and management style.
Profiling is a non-critical, non-judgemental behaviour analysis tool that emphasises strengths and capabilities in the workplace. It helps individuals learn about the behaviours that make them who they are. Profiling can be used with great effect during employment to help with managing the employment relationship and improve communication and team working capabilities.
Many people are understandably cautious of profiling and one-to-one coaching. Without fail, however, they find the experience to be one of the most useful self-development tools offered to them.
Specialist HR coaching and telephone coaching are also available.
