 Facilitated workshops have become very popular and we are pleased to offer this service to our clients to enable knowledge sharing or to unlock challenging situations within their organisations.
The Jaluch facilitator is skilled in facilitating discussion and group work, but they are not necessarily experts in the content of the workshop itself. The emphasis in terms of content and know-how is placed far more heavily on the organisation who is hosting the workshop with the Jaluch facilitator working to bring ideas to the fore and to encourage the sharing of ideas. Our facilitator can then work with your business to capture the output of the session and translate it into a more formal training programme or encourage the use of other mediums such as collaborative learning forums to continue the development of thoughts generated by the workshop.
