360 FeedbackUsing the Thomas International online 360 degree feedback tool we are able to help you gather feedback from those you work with, and compare it with your own perception of your performance.

You may already be familiar with the concept of 360 feedback, and this online tool makes the process incredibly quick and painless. The tool works by asking you to name at least 4 respondents, each respondent then receives an email login to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire is quick to complete and once all respondents have completed their questionnaire, a report is generated in seconds.
