DISC Profiling

Using the Thomas International psychometric profiling tool, we are able to profile either individuals or whole teams.

DISC profiling identifies four personality traits namely:

  • Dominance
  • Influence
  • Steadiness
  • Compliance


Profiles enable us to explore with individuals aspects such as their communication style, preferred methods of working, their motivators and their management style etc. A crucial part of every profile discussion also revolves around how we perceive others and how others perceive us.
