Jaluch is a leading provider of Staff Representatives Training, having worked with organisations such as BUPA, Ageas Insurance, Honda Logistics, Jordans Ryvita and The Olympic Delivery Authority. It is a specialised area and one where we have considerable expertise which we enjoy passing on to our delegates.

The skills required for a representative role are often very different to those needed for an individual’s day job, hence we endeavor to build confidence in delegates and equip them with the knowledge of ‘real life’ scenarios that may occur. The courses embrace the positive impact that this type of function has within an organisation.

As well as providing practical training for Staff Reps, we are also able to support organisations in setting up a forum, revamping/revitalising an existing forum, and offering ongoing support to Staff Representatives with their role.
