Developing Women as Leaders

Developing Women as LeadersIntroduction

25% of women on FTSE 100 boards by 2015 - Lord Davies suggested it was possible, many have said it's not. But whatever your view, there is, both in the UK and across Europe, currently a spotlight on organisations to develop their female talent and give them the skills to enable them to start knocking on boardroom doors.

One survey showed that 70% of organisations don't yet have a strategy for developing women. But are your competitors in the 30% that do? Can you afford to be complacent?

If you are considering developing the female talent in your business and would like a training programme to work alongside any internal initiatives you are running to achieve your objective, then look no further!

How we can help

Jaluch offer a 3 or 5 day development programme which is designed to support those organisations that wish to develop more woman as leaders, that are keen to nurture potential and talent amongst their female staff and that recognise the benefits that can be obtained by having diversity in senior management and director teams.

Download Developing Women as Leaders programme detailsWhether it is women taking on their first junior leadership roles or women preparing to join the Board of Directors, this programme addresses key areas including understanding who you are and how you operate as an individual, what is required of you to step up to a more challenging role, the self presentation skills and assertiveness skills essential for those in leadership roles and developing the essential knowledge expected of leaders.

Programme content includes drawing on the experiences and knowledge of women leaders operating today and the programme itself is fast paced, interactive and challenging, requiring delegates to participate fully at all times, to commit to their own development and to operate out of their comfort zones in order to enhance learning.
