Jaluch offers various coaching options:
Coach on Tap – a monthly retainer fee giving you access to an agreed number of coaching hours per month which can then be allocated to individuals most in need. Take the strain off your shoulders, step away from some of the challenges and let us carry some of the load through ongoing development of your staff.
Occasional Coaching – pay by the hour for coaching, bringing in coaches to resolve specific challenges and development needs. Usually 3-4 sessions is all that is required per person. Sometimes just one session can make all the difference!
There is no need to organise a training session if you have just one person who is in real need of development. Coaching is a more cost and time effective solution.
There is no need to put up with individuals who aren’t facing the same way as everyone else in your business. Coaching can help them to identify why they are not aligned and how that can be turned around.

Not What You're Looking For?
If you are looking to train up your managers so they can deliver coaching internally and have someone in-house that can deliver training, then we also offer a coaching skills for managers training kit, which is just £450 for 12 hours (two-days) of material that can be used with unlimited delegates within a 12 month period.
Our training kits are the same high quality you would expect from our traditional trainer-led courses, they just give you the added flexibility to deliver the training whenever suits you, whilst saving you money.
