This conflict management training course is designed for individuals who need to improve their ability to handle potentially difficult situations and express themselves more clearly. Through a hands-on approach, delegates will be able to gain increased confidence and control over their working lives by developing their personal impact in their dealings with others, both face to face and over the telephone. Participants will have the opportunity to specify circumstances where they need to handle conflict situations more effectively and practice different ways of dealing with them.

This course can be run on a one-to-one basis at a reduced rate or at standard rate for groups of up to 12 delegates. We can also cater for larger groups with an additional trainer to support.
