This training course is designed to ensure your employee representatives understand their role in a TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) situation and develop the necessary skills to support – Available as a half day or full day course.

If you need employee representative training, but don't need the focus on TUPE, and have just one or two representatives that need training, try our online open course.
If you have more than one or two reps, we can run this course but without the TUPE element, instead we offer general (extra time to build the communication, listening/questioning skills) or course with a focus on redundancy, GDPR and employment law.
