Wellbeing for Desk Workers (Feldenkrais®)

Wellbeing for desk workers is therapeutic Feldenkrais® class designed to help erase the tension and pain we add to our bodies while working. Whilst deskwork is essential for many of us to do our jobs, poor posture caused by our working habits can lead to tension, aches and pains which has a negative effect on our mood, body and mind.

These 50-minute online sessions are based around exercises, stretches and breathing techniques to retrain functional movement for long lasting change. Although these sessions have been designed for desk workers, these sessions are beneficial for anyone who has poor posture or is experiencing aches, tension and pain.
