Healthy staff – healthy profit margin! Having employees off sick can be a huge financial burden on businesses as well as a serious drain on management time.
But all too often managers shy away from staff absence management. Sometimes it’s because they don’t like conflict, sometimes it’s because they don’t know how to handle sensitive issues and sometimes it’s because they don’t understand the cost implications of having staff off sick. Help is at hand! Now you can develop your managers’ skills in managing absence with our fantastic training course material.
Our training is designed to be participative and engaging to stimulate thinking and ideas. Line managers, HR professionals and in-house trainers will all be able to easily pick up and deliver this material, no previous experience required. The training content is designed to suit to all levels, from junior to the most senior staff.
How does it work?
Our Bags of Learning are complete training kits, this means that you do not need to spend hours pulling the course material together, everything is done for you. When you purchase one of our training kits, you will be able to download all of the material online from our training portal. The additional training aids (props, activity cards etc.) will arrive in the post and are included in the cost.
For maximum flexibility, you can break the course down into individual modules, this is great for ‘lunch and learn’ sessions and minimises time away from normal duties. You can also integrate our modules with your own training material, as part of a larger course/programme.
We offer module 1 (Why Monitor Absence) from this course for £49 – licensed for 2 months use. The full course is licensed for 12 months. If you purchase module 1 but then decide you would like the full course, your initial £49 payment will be deducted from the full course cost. You can select from one module or full course in the pricing options above.
