Who should attend?
This course is designed for those who are in both front line and back office roles, in fact, for anyone who at some point might come into contact with your clients or customers, whether face-to-face, on the phone or by email or text. For example, consultants, operational staff, technicians, engineers, support or service staff, maintenance staff or administrators.
This course can be run on a one-to-one basis at a reduced rate or at standard rate for groups of up to 12 delegates.

If you have someone in-house that can deliver training, then we also offer a sales skills for non-sales staff training kit. Our training kit, is just £450(+VAT) for 12 hours (two-days) of modular material that can be used with unlimited delegates. We also include interactive games and activities in the course, which will be posted to you at no additional cost.
Our training kits are the same high quality you would expect from our traditional trainer-led courses, they just give you the added flexibility to deliver the training whenever suits you, whilst saving you money.
