At Jaluch we don’t believe in overcomplicating things, or charging extortionate prices to find you the right person for the role. Our pricing is straightforward and transparent just like us!

What if I have multiple roles?
We can support you with any size recruitment drive and duration, our fixed fee is per role based on the salary of the position. If you have multiple roles but we don’t fill them all for you we will only charge you for the roles we have filled directly ourselves.
Can I use other agencies alongside Jaluch?
We are certain that our services will more than meet your expectations, but as part of our terms we would ask that you give us three weeks to work exclusively with you before you contact any other recruitment agencies.
How long will it take to recruit?
Our pricing is fixed based on the salary of the role we are supporting you with, we are confident we can recruit your role quickly ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, but the pricing is fixed regardless of if it takes us 2 days or 2 weeks to fill the position.
What if I don’t know anything about recruitment?
No problem! We can help! Jaluch’s services can cover every element of a recruitment campaign from writing job descriptions to interviewing, we can provide as much or as little support as you require to feel confident.
How do I pay?
We can offer payment through Invoice, Stripe, or BACS. We request 50% of the recruitment fee upfront before we start any campaign for you, and 50% on the date your new hire commences their employment with you.
