Sexual harassment prevention training

Comprehensive in-house or live online training to ensure compliance with the new sexual harassment duty. Designed to inform, educate and keep you safe.

Why work with us?

We can, from the most senior to the most junior in the room, provide reassurance, guidance, practical but empathetic support, and a non-judgemental training environment. Our training relating to this new legislation is designed to inform, educate and keep our clients safe.

We’re not interested in dramatics, or in provoking, alienating or escalating issues. Let’s all learn and develop as, at the end of the day, who doesn’t want to work in a respectful environment that is (as far as any workplace can be) free of conflict!

“A difficult topic but the trainer was very clear, the session was interactive with good exercises and the group was actively engaged”.

Comprehensive training

Sexual harassment training is primarily being rolled out by organisations as a result of the new responsibilities on employers in the UK (October 2024) to be proactive in ensuring that sexual harassment does not take place, rather than reacting when it does. Prevention is better than a cure.

Delegates will learn about what sexual harassment is, the importance of stepping in if they see it happening or speaking up if it happens to them so that everyone in the organisation is working to keep colleagues safe and free from harassment.

“Efficient, relevant to our own policy, good exercises and clear responses to any questions raised. Very good engagement strategy, as this is a difficult topic. “

Why is this important?

The 2024 Worker Protection Bill, strengthened protections against sexual harassment in the workplace, introducing a new duty on employers to take reasonable steps to actively prevent harassment. By partnering with us, you will meet compliance and create a workplace culture where respect and safety are prioritised.

As well as training, we also a range of services including risk assessments, action plans and policy development.
