Having delivered diversity and inclusion training for over 17 years, we began to deliver unconscious bias training and seminars in 2013. Our training options below, are designed to raise awareness to help people and organisations understand the impact our biases can have.

Our highly interactive and experiential workshops, explore individual and cultural bias that impact on working relationships. Equipping delegates with the knowledge, skills and understanding to develop personal strategies to ensure personal biases are effectively managed. Designed for forward-thinking organisations, our unconscious bias training provides an opportunity to step ahead of the crowd and reap the business benefits.
We offer in house seminars for organisations with larger groups (100+) of delegates and we also run 'open' seminars in the South Coast, London and Birmingham. Our seminars are designed as an 'introduction' to the topic and are less interactive than workshops due to the volume of people, for more advanced session we would recommend smaller groups.
We offer an engaging and interactive 50-minute unconscious bias eLearning programme designed to give participants a fuller understanding of the topic. Our eLearning is ready to be used straight away. Certificates are provided on successful completion and we can provide tracking to let you know when the course has been completed.
We offer blended learning solutions, which incorporate eLearning and face-to-face training. Most commonly, eLearning is used for pre-course or post-course learning, to get delegates thinking before the course starts and/or to ensure that the learning is embedded.
